The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain & the Commonwealth, which recently turned 71, held a Trade Show at The Dilly.
This annual event is an important date for the society. It allows young Concierge to meet the Business Affiliates, learn about their companies and start long-lasting relationships.
Business Affiliates enable the Concierge to provide an excellent service to their guests and over 40 Business Affiliates were in attendance at the evenings’ showcase.
Educational Approach
This year the format had a more educational approach. Each concierge team member had to attend every business affiliate to gain knowledge of the business affiliates' services.
The knowledge gained from the introductions was then put to good use at the end of evening quiz in which many great prizes were generously donated by the Business Affiliates and were won by the concierge who answered the most correct answers.
