The Society of The Golden Keys Charity Golf Day

The annual Charity Golf Day will be held at The Grove Hotel on Tuesday 29th August.

As always, the annual golf day is not only held to raise as many funds as possible in aid of Hospitality Action, but also to spend some quality time with your fellow Concierge and business affiliates, networking and having fun.


Get involved

There are many ways to get involved. Even if you can’t attend in person, you can donate a prize or purchase a course flag that will ensure all attendees know you have participated and helped with a great day and cause.

Entry Requirements

Golf competition attendees must hold a handicap of 24 or less for males, or 28 or less for females.


Golf clinic attendees entry for beginners or intermediates. No need to be a golfer to attend, the clinic is fun and a chance to network with fellow concierge and associates.


Fees

Concierge members receive three raffle tickets in return for their donation of £25 to Hospitality Action, together with entry to the entire day.

Associate members receive entry into the golf competition or the golf clinic for four players- two concierges in each four-ball or four clinic attendees is required.

Each associate company sponsors a four-ball or four attendees in the clinic.

Your logo and The Society of the Golden Keys logo, together on the flag displayed on the golf course for all to see.


Additional four-ball

Four-ball sponsor, a minimum of two concierge required in each four-ball.


Additional four attendees in golf clinic

Sponsor concierge to participate in the golf clinic, associates can choose to sponsor four concierge members or a combination of concierge and associates, but must include two concierge in each four.


Drinks Buggy

On course drinks sponsor.


Golf Buggy Sponsor

£100

Sponsors logo detailed on each buggy.


Post Golf Bar Sponsor

£500

Post golf bar sponsor £1,000. This can be split between two companies

Itinerary

10:00 Free coach departs London Hilton Kensington to the Grove Golf Course

11:00 Attendees arrive at the Grove Golf Club for registration

11:15 Breakfast buffet

12:30 Golf competition and golf clinics commence

14:30 Refreshments

15:00 Golf competition and golf clinics in full swing

17:00 Drinks reception

17:30 BBQ and networking

18:30 Prize giving, raffle and sponsors presentation

About Hospitality Action

This event was established with charity in mind, the idea is to raise funds for the society's preferred charity Hospitality Action.

Bullying & Harassment at Work – coaching to help individuals cope and start to tackle the issue, mediation, whistleblowing (to raise issues in a confidential way).


Redundancy – specialist money & debt advice, coaching/counselling to help come to terms with situation. Grants programme if required and criteria are met.


Low Mood & Depression – counselling & other support if specific issues caused the depression.


Money Pressures – specialist debt & money advice, grants programme if required and criteria are met.


Alcohol, drug, gambling and other addictive behaviours - we can provide specialist addiction support.
