See the Iconic Downton Abbey Village in the Cotswolds

Featured in the hit British TV series Downton Abbey, the stunning village of Bampton was the backdrop for the fictional town of Downton Village and was used for most of the buildings in the show.

Golden Tours provides a dedicated tour of the area where guests can see St Mary’s Church, the Bampton Library, and Isabel Crawley’s house, and even get entry to St Mary’s Church and a behind-the-scenes exhibition at Bampton Library.
